day 14

I ran/walk a 4 mile bridge race, in 40 degree weather. It sucked I didn't do it well but I did it. In the end that is what truly matters is that I did it.

Breakfast
1 banana
1 apple

Lunch
1/4 cup polenta 130
1 cup apple juice
1/4 cup raisins
1 cup v8 juice

Dinner
polenta
avocado
tomato sauce
mixed veggies
