Today I woke up to the understanding that my choices are simply that I need to always prepare for the day to come so that I won't be so unprepared for work and end up spending more money that I need to.

Today ended good, I still didn't eat until after 8 but I did good with what I chose and stayed on task so that I didn't eat the things I didn't choose ahead to eat. Work was a bit more challenging and I found myself very tired at the end of the day. My original goal had been to start adding protein on day 11, but I have decided that as long as I don't see an affect I will stay on the vegetables and fruit only for 30 days, Somedays I have tons of energy but today was not one of those days.
