Week 1: vegetables and fruits no limitations
effect: Need limits on fruits and starchy vegetables to 3 per a day
Week 2 Vegetables and Fruits
Limits: 3 starchy vegetables per day (potatoes, corn & peas)
Limits:3 fruits (almost eliminating bananas)
Increase leafy vegetables
Fat continued:avocado a day =250 calories & 23 grams of fat/the only other area I get fat is from corn, which I limit so that I should be able to keep it under the daily allowance of 35 and still be getting the fat from natural sources.
Week 3
Still working on measurements and more water
